Published in conjunction with the Sweet Briar Printed Word Workshop.

This 14″ x 19″ print is from an edition commissioned by the Victory Hall Opera through their Artist-in-the-Audience program. Artists were commissioned to produce a small body of work inspired from an operatic performance given by the Victory Hall Opera. This particular piece was created for Der Rosenkavalier about love and love lost. Pulled from two linoleum blocks that were designed and carved by hand, this print explores a poignant verse taken from the opera, “It pulls you towards it, as if your heart is bound up.” Professionally framed by Creative Framing/The Art Box.
